Alan is the true professional with actual technical knowledge, and honesty on top of that. Found the real cause of my heat pump's problem within 5 minutes, explained everything in detail, fixed it within an hour. This is after having multiple other HVAC companies that came over but couldn't locate the underlying cause. On top of that, he charged me a reasonable price for his service, when he could have easily tried to sell me a replacement that cost thousands.

Alan is very professional. He fixed the problem within an hour. Also he found and fixed the other technician's left defects which I assume was left on purpose. Alan knows what's going on and can explain the problem and solution clearly, thus more trustworthy
